With its Strictly High Grown (SHG) status and nutrient-rich soil, Yirgachefe coffee delivers a unique, fruit-forward profile that continues to be revered worldwide. Interesting Fact: Crematix opts for the spelling "Yirgachefe" to honor the original Ethiopian transliteration, which omits the second "f."
