This site is operated by Crematics Lab dba Crematix Coffee. By accessing the site, purchasing a product or using a service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that your use of the site complies with applicable law.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders or restrict sales when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

You agree to provide current and accurate contact, billing and fulfillment information. We work to keep the site accurate, but content may occasionally contain errors or omissions and should not be treated as professional advice.

By placing an order, you authorize the stated charges through our payment provider. Order fulfillment is subject to payment confirmation, inventory and the shipping, pickup and return policies posted on this site.

Site text, images, designs, product names, logos and other content belong to Crematics Lab or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute or exploit site content without permission.

If you voluntarily send ideas, feedback or other non-confidential submissions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send material you do not have the right to share.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Those parties are responsible for their own content, availability and practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

You may not use the site to:

• Break a law, infringe another party's rights or submit fraudulent information.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, rather than a court trial, except where applicable law permits a claim in small-claims court or prohibits mandatory arbitration. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Crematics Lab operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers or business. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

These terms and the linked policies form the agreement governing your use of the site. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
