Shipping Options

• USPS Local Flat Rate – $5
  Available for Zone 1 zip codes in the Metro Atlanta area.

• USPS Priority Mail Flat Rates

  • Small Flat Rate: $9.95

  • Medium Flat Rate: $18

  • Large Flat Rate: $25

*We do not ship to noncontiguous states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other territories.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders (including 5 lb bags) or wholesale inquiries, please email us at info@crematicslab.com. We will provide a custom quote and discuss available shipping options.

Palletized & International Shipments

We work with freight carriers to ship palletized orders globally. We can assist with required documentation such as customs forms or certificates of origin. However, you (as the importer) are responsible for duties, taxes, and any delays or issues that may arise once the shipment leaves our facility.

Processing & Cutoff Times
We ship orders from our Atlanta, GA roastery on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. We will do our best to ship all orders as soon as we can but please note that roast schedules, high-volume seasons, or special requests may cause delays.

Delivery Estimates & Responsibility
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on business days and represent our best effort. Crematics Coffee Lab assumes responsibility for your package until it is marked as delivered. Once in the carrier’s hands, delivery times may vary.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is not available at this time, but we plan to offer local pickup in 2026.

Carrier Options & Changes
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier if we believe another service will deliver your package more efficiently.
